Te Puna Ora o Mataatua is the leading regional Māori health and wellbeing provider in the country. Established in 1991, Te Puna Ora o Mataatua delivers an integrated range of community health, general medical, homebased, and social services within the Mataatua rohe, mai ngā kuri a whārei ki Tihirau.

Largely funded by the Māori Trade Training Fund, Te Ara Mahi’s main team goal is to support whānau into careers in health; from support workers, to youth workers, nursing and midwifery, ara ki tua.
Nga pūkenga me whai | Your skills and experience
For this role, we are looking for someone who:
- Some experience leading a team
- Experience analysing data, finding gaps for improvement, and producing meaningful reports
- Ability to successfully build a rapport with whānau, funders, and providers.
