For this role you will join our Integration Team who are the glue to our organisation, ensuring the smooth operation of our back of house functions. Our Integration Team plays a vital role in the everyday operations of Te Puna Ora o Mātaatua, overseeing our reception, security, general administration functions, IT, and triaging.
As Integrated Administrator, you’ll constantly juggle various competing priorities to support our operations, and at times providing administration cover across the organisation to ensure the quality of our outputs. This is a generalist administrator role that supports a lot of high volume services, so the everchanging needs of our Hauora will be your underlying challenge!

- Has great administration experience
- Can multitask priorities
- Has good communication skills both verbally and written
- Works well under pressure
