Mobile Health Administrator I Fixed Term – 7 Months Full-time

This is an exciting role where you will be part of our Mobile Health Services, supporting whānau in hard-to-reach areas of the Mātaatua rohe, as well as contributing to services delivered through Mobile Health such as Rongoā and Immunisation Outreach, which are not always based in rural setting, but still exciting to be apart of.

As Mobile Health Administrator, you will work alongside the Mobile Health Team Lead and Mobile Health Kaimahi to help deliver quality care. Your mahi will include being a warm and welcoming presence for manuhiri, coordinating and navigating sites and events to ensure smooth operations, and providing essential administrative support to our team.

We are a fast-moving hauora that respond to the everchanging needs of our hapori, so the ability to adapt to changes, thrive under pressure, and enjoy a challenge are important to us.

For this mahi, we are looking for the following skills:

  • Excellent admin experience (preferably in a clinical setting, but not essential)
  • Someone who is personable and enjoys working within a team
  • Complete confidentiality and sensitivity
  • Values that align to our Kaupapa and the basic principles of Te Ao Māori.
