Our Career Broker’s main focus is on fostering networks with potential employers, and facilitating employment opportunities in the community for our whānau. We have set targets to meet, and a large portion of these are in the health industry, so knowledge of the health sector would be useful, as well as proven relationship management skills.

Ngā pūkenga me whai | Your skills and experience

For this role, we are looking for someone who has:

• Strong administration skills, proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and an understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality
• The ability to identify and empathise with vulnerable whānau
• Strong networking and relationship building skills
• Some industry experience and proven success working with rangatahi would be a bonus.
