He aha te tūnga? | What is the role?
Our Homebased Support Service is the largest service in Te Puna Ora, with over 400 Support Workers caring for over 700 whānau in their homes throughout Mātaatua rohe.
As our Resource Coordinator, you’ll be an essential part of the team, by providing support to our Homebased Support Services Coordinator’s with scheduling and maintaining accurate client and support worker records in the client management system. This mahi will also include providing support with recruitment and training of Support Workers.
This is a super busy role, in an environment where no two days are the same but the mahi is rewarding!
Ngā pūkenga me whai | Your skills and experience
For this mahi, we are looking for someone who:
- Has the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Is a competent user of Client Management Systems (CareCall would be a bonus)
- Has the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Has the ability to manage conflict effectively
- Has a strong attention to detail
- Has medium to advanced level knowledge of literacy in Microsoft office systems
