Our organisation has progressively grown to the point where we now need a dedicated resource to provide expert administration oversight of our assets and resources. There is a significant amount of responsibility that sits with this role including:

  • Managing, co-ordinating and monitoring vehicle fleet for our organisation
  • Overseeing, booking and issuing of resources and equipment to Kaimahi and external parties
  • Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, contractors and trades people
  • Providing peer assessment and support during external audit processes and reviews

Te Poutokomanawa o Te Puna Ora is a framework that underpins everything we do at Te Puna Ora o Mātaatua, therefore a strong commitment to the principles and values outlined in the framework is vital. A genuine alignment and commitment to Te Ao Māori principles in the workplace is also important for this role.
