Te Puna Ora o Mātaatua is the leading regional Māori health and wellbeing provider in the country. Established in 1991, Te Puna Ora o Mātaatua delivers an integrated range of community health, general medical, homebased, and social services within the Mātaatua rohe, mai ngā kuri a whārei ki Tihirau.

Largely funded by the Māori Trade Training Fund, our team’s main goal is to support whanau into careers in health; from support workers, through to youth workers, nursing and midwifery, ara ki tua.

Ngā pūkenga me whai I Your skills and experience

For this role we are looking for someone who can lead a small team of awesome kaimahi to meet the deliverables of our contract. You will need to have the following pūkenga to be great in this role:

  • Some experience leading a team
  • Experience analysing data, finding gaps for improvement, and producing meaningful reports
  • Ability to successfully build a rapport with whānau, funders, and providers.
