Our Homebased Support Service is the largest service in Te Puna Ora, with over 400 Support Workers caring for over 700 whānau in their homes across the Mātaatua rohe.

As our administrator, you’ll be an essential part of the team, providing administrative expertise to our busy team of co-ordinators, who work closely with our support workers ensuring our kuia and kaumātua receive the best care possible within their own homes.

This mahi will involve a variety of administrative responsibilities, including providing support with support worker recruitment processes, preparing timesheets, maintaining the upkeep of accurate support worker and client records, and assisting with day-to-day coordination within the Homebased Support Services team.

For this mahi, we are looking for someone who:

  • Has administration experience
  • Has good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Is a competent user of Client Management Systems (knowledge of CareCall would be a bonus)
  • Has the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Has the ability to multitask competing priorities
