He aha te tūnga | About the role

The nature and delivery of Te Puna Ora o Mātaatua’s Mobile services are determined by each hapū or hapori based on their needs, aspirations, and goals. This is an exciting role where you will work within our mobile unit; Rehua Nuku Ora, supporting our whānau who live in those hard to reach pockets of Mātaatua rohe.

As Mobile Health Administrator, you will work closely with the Rehua Nuku Ora Team Lead and Mobile staff, assisting them with providing quality care. Your mahi will include being a friendly, welcoming face for manuhiri, co-ordinating and navigating sites and events for the operation’s of mobile and providing administrative task’s and support to our staff

We are a fast-moving hauora that respond to the everchanging needs of our hapori, so the ability to adapt to changes, thrive under pressure, and enjoy a challenge are important to us.

Nga pūkenga me whai | Your skills and experience

For this mahi, we are looking for the following skills:

  • Basic admin experience (preferably in a clinical setting, but not essential)
  • Someone who is personable and enjoys working within a team
  • Willingness to grow into the role
  • Complete confidentiality and sensitivity
  • Values that align to our Kaupapa and the basic principles of Te Ao Māori.
