Communications Manager I Permanent, Full Time
He aha te tūnga I About the role
Do you get a buzz from seeing a team thrive?
Are you the kind of leader who loves setting the system up so others can shine while your own creative spark keeps ticking away in the background? We are a Kaupapa Māori organisation looking for a Media and Communications Manager who enjoys being the steady hand behind the scenes.
In this role, you will lead and support the media and communications team, creating the conditions for them to do their best work. You will put fit-for-purpose systems and workflows in place, so ideas move smoothly from concept to delivery, manage priorities and expectations across the organisation, and bring calm and clarity to a high-demand space. Most importantly, you will create an environment where creativity can thrive because the foundations are strong, the direction is clear, and the team feels supported.
This is a role for someone who knows that great storytelling happens when the right people are supported by the right systems.
