This pivotal role supports the heart of our governance team, in particular our poari (board) and kōmiti (committees), ensuring everything is coordinated, accurate, and deeply aligned with our Kaupapa; Te Poutokomanawa o Te Puna Ora. For this mahi, you will report to our Pouwhakamahuki Matua and collaborate closely with our leadership team, ensuring seamless operations, provide high-quality secretarial support, and uphold the highest standards of governance administration.

Ngā pūkenga me whai I Your skills and experience
To be able to hit the ground running, we would hope that you would bring the following skills:
- Proven experience in high-level administration or secretarial roles (governance experience is a bonus!)
- Outstanding communication skills and confident in or committed to embracing Te Reo Māori
- A sharp eye for detail, including proofreading and formatting documents
- Proficiency in minute taking
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and stay calm under pressure
- Discretion, professionalism, and a natural ability to build strong relationships across all levels
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, Teams, Google Drive, and other document management systems.
