Te Puna Ora o Mataatua is pleased to be the major sponsor of this years Ngā Pū Kōrero a Apopo Rangatahi Oratory Competition 2020.
The event will take place on Thursday 2 April 2020, at the War Memorial Hall, Whakatāne, starting at 8.30am and concluding 3.30pm.
It will bring together rangatahi invited from over 100 Kura from across Waiāriki to compete in 6 categories. The winner of each category will receive a scholarship to attend (along with a parent/guardian) the Nationals in Christchurch later in October 2020.
This event is hosted by the Waiāriki Māori Womens Welfare League and will be live streamed by Tūmeke FM.
