Homebased Support Services Administrator | Full Time, Permanent

He aha te tūnga? | What is the role?

Our Homebased Support Service is the largest service in our hauora, with over 400 Support Workers caring for over 500 whānau in their homes throughout Mātaatua, mai ngā Kuri a Whārei ki Tihirau.

Our point of difference is that we can consider a whanau choice model of care, if our criteria is met. Our homebase team carry out their mahi through a kaupapa Māori lens, with the majority of our clients being kuia and kaumatua.

As our Homebased Support Services Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the administration functions within the team run smoothly. The majority of your role will be focused on the life cycle of a Support Worker’s employment at TPOOM (processes timesheets and scheduling, onboarding, offboarding, and processing leaves) so high-quality and accurate admin skills are important for this mahi.

This is a super busy role, in an environment where no two days are the same but the mahi is rewarding!

Ngā pūkenga me whai | Your skills and experience

For this mahi, we are looking for someone who:

  • Has administration experience (payroll legislation knowledge would be an advantage)
  • Has sound computer skills particularly in the MS suite and CRM
  • Can multitask competing priorities
  • Is a committed team player

If you have an alignment to our kaupapa, and Manaaki, Awhi & Mahitahi come naturally to you, then karanga mai, we’d love to hear from you!
