Services we can provide include:

Household Management

Vacuuming and tidying, laundry, ironing, meal preparation and shopping

Personal Care

Goal and lifestyle planning, clinical care, personal grooming and hygiene


Tasks for up to 12 hours overnight and making breakfast

If you’re over 65, it could be free. We can even train and employ whānau to support their own kuia and koroua.

We are now pleased to offer ACC related services across the whole Bay of Plenty region.

Our services support clients and whānau to live at home after an accident or injury as well as provide ongoing support for long-term conditions or disabilities.

We provide medical experts as well as trained local support workers to care and support our clients from an integrated whānau ora approach.

He Poutama Rangatahi Service.

We provide an employment service for high risk or NEETS rangatahi/youth in the Whakatane area.

A core component of this service in an intensive pastoral care programme to get rangatahi work-ready or into training, including medical, mental, addiction, behavioural interventions with life skills, digital and financial literacy workshops and a drivers licence. This programme also includes development of cultural/kaupapa Māori identity and practices.
