As Kaitātari Pūtea, you will monitor and analyse data and provide recommendations to ensure the financial viability of our HBSS contracts. You will create budgets and forecasts, ensure data accuracy and integrity, review systems and processes, support audits, and closely monitor revenue, expenses, and cash flow. You will need to be able to pick up systems quickly as a large part of your mahi will be working within the scheduling database of our support workers. We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in analysing data, spotting anomalies and problem-solving issues as they arise.

If you have a curious and inquisitive mindset and a relentless motivation to get to the bottom of things, this role could be for you!
