Rangitāiki celebrates Christmas in the Park

Te Puna Manawa o Rangitāiki hosted their first Te Teko Christmas in the Park on Saturday.

There was something for everyone and whānau spent nothing but their time at Te Teko Christmas in the Park.

Hundreds of people attended the all-free event at Te Teko Sports and Rugby Club on Saturday 9 December 2023. 

It was a day of whakawhanaungatanga and whakangāhau and a chance for the hapori to get to know Te Puna Manawa o Rangitāiki.

Te Puna Manawa o Rangitāiki Programme Lead Maraia Enoka said it was a massive day. 

“It was a great opportunity for whānau to get to understand our services and supports. It was also a chance for us to get the hapori voice to ensure the delivery of our services are suitable to whānau needs.

“There was plenty kai, activites and challenges for whānau that created lots of laughter and special memories.”
