Historic High Court to Hear First Ever Case on  Treaty of Waitangi & Human Rights Breach in Māori Health 

Starting on 25 August, the High Court in Wellington will hear a first-of-its-kind landmark case in Aotearoa seeking declarations of inconsistency under Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990 relating to the disestablishment of Te Aka Whai Ora, the Māori Health Authority.
