WAI 2575 Health Inquiry Statement of Claim

Stage 2 of WAI 2575 will focus on Matters Relating to Disability, Mental Health and Addiction.

On behalf of Te Puna Ora o Mataatua, and the wider whānau of Mataatua rohe, the Trustees have filed a Statement of Claim in the matter of the Health Services and Outcomes Inquiry (WAI 2575) at the Waitangi Tribunal.

The Trustees wish to bring to the attention of the Tribunal the significant inequities across the Health Sector in the Eastern Bay of Plenty, in particular Homebase Support Services.
